Refund Process

Once your return is approved:
✔ The product must be shipped back to us
✔ After inspection, refund will be processed

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Refund will be sent via bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping Costs

✔ Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer
✔ In case of damaged or wrong item, we will bear the return shipping cost
